These are old friends of ours and everyone always enjoys their sessions. You may want to find a saucepan and wooden spoon to join in!

PAIN MANAGEMENT WITH Devon from the charity Therapy 4 Health [T4H]
This charity comes with excellent recommendations and should be very helpful for many of you to help manage your disease.
