Someone will take your message and pass it on to a health professional. The person you speak to when you call will not be able to give you any medical advice, you must wait for the return call. An approximate day for the return call will be given to you so please make sure you are available on that day and answer the call which will be a WITHHELD number. The nurses are busy and will not be able to make several calls to reach you. If the nurse has to leave a message on your phone you will need to ring the above number again for another appointed call.
To ensure you do not miss the call it is best if you have a mobile phone to use that number for the return call.
