Please see below for a link to the recording of last week’s epsiode of Joan Faria’s presentation to the group on the subject of Good Nutrition for Arthritis Sufferers, week 04; this week’s presentation was titled Gut health part 2: Fermented foods & prebiotics, and included an overview of digestion and the constituent elements to provide and maintain a healthy gut biome, including fermented foods, and also features a demonstration of how to make home-made sauerkraut!
